Pallet Racking Maintenance was born from a simple observation: too many Australian warehouses were operating with damaged, non-compliant racking — and the operators didn't know the risks they were taking. Matt Gade set out to change that by building a business focused entirely on the safety and longevity of pallet racking systems.
Starting in south-east Queensland, the business quickly grew as warehouse managers recognised the value of proactive racking audits and scheduled maintenance over reactive, emergency-driven approaches. Today, we service warehouses and distribution centres across both Queensland and New South Wales.

Matt Gade has spent over 20 years working with pallet racking systems across a wide range of industries — from food and beverage distribution to heavy industrial warehousing. His deep knowledge of racking brands, configurations, and Australian Standards means every audit, repair, and installation is carried out with precision. Matt is personally involved in every project, ensuring consistent quality and direct communication with every client.
