- Pre-move assessment — we inspect your existing system, document the layout, and identify any components that need replacement before reinstallation.
- Safe dismantlement — our crews systematically disassemble frames, beams, bracing, and base plates, labelling everything for efficient reassembly.
- Transport coordination — we arrange safe transport of all components to your new location.
- Reinstallation — your racking is reassembled to AS 4084:2023 standards with new anchor bolts, updated load signage, and a completion inspection.

Pre-Move Racking Audit
Before any relocation, we recommend a racking audit to assess the condition of every component. Relocating damaged racking is unsafe and non-compliant — it's far more cost-effective to identify and replace worn uprights, bent beams, or missing bracing before the move rather than after.

Transport coordination
Loaded, blanket-wrapped and secured for road transport — including interstate Brisbane–Sydney moves with insured carriers.
Reinstallation to AS 4084:2023
Reassembled at destination with new anchor bolts, fresh SWL signage and brand-matched replacement parts where required.
Completion inspection & handover
Final compliance walk-through, snag list cleared and as-built documentation issued for your records.
